Florida native Paul O’Neil graduated from Stetson College of Law, where he served as Recent Developments Editor on the Stetson Law Review.
Following law school, Paul worked for many years at the Public Defender’s Office, where he served as lead counsel in more than 30 jury trials. Additionally, Paul has extensive experience in child welfare law, a topic on which he has presented several seminars. Paul has also written and argued numerous appeals in the Fourth District Court of Appeals.
Paul brings his substantial litigation experience to Collins Brown Barkett, Chartered.
