Mr. Barkett grew up in Vero Beach, Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, he attended law school at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. During law school, he was a law clerk for the law firm of Salfi and Sprysenski in Orlando, and then Collins Brown Barkett, Chartered in Vero Beach, where he is a Shareholder. Mr. Barkett’s practice includes real estate, contracts, finance, and land use.
